YOU ARE WELCOME

We welcome everyone with open arms. Come as you are. You’ll find people wearing blue jeans, suits, blouses, and t-shirts, so wear what makes you comfortable. Our goal is to help you feel welcome regardless of your past or present circumstances. We’re not perfect, but we have a genuine desire to help you find a community where you can grow.

From our Pastor

We love saegertown, and we feel passionate about bringing the good news of Jesus to the people in our community. We’re ordinary folks, just like you. Saegertown Community Church isn’t a place for perfect people. It’s a place for people who are looking for something; maybe it’s hope, or love, or forgiveness. Ultimately, whatever it is you need comes from Jesus.

Our Sunday morning services are the easiest way to get involved with Saegertown Community Church. Every Sunday, we meet at [time] to worship together and apply God’s word to our lives. We don’t get very fancy, so don’t worry if you haven’t been to a church before. Just show up Sunday morning, wear whatever you want, and we’ll be here to save you a seat.

If you have any questions about what we do or what we believe, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us via phone or email. We’re here for the Saegertown community, and that includes you, so if you’ve been looking for something, Saegertown Community Church just might be where you’ll find it.

Sincerely,

Pastor Rich signature
What to Expect

When you arrive, you can park on the street or in the side parking lot. Come right in the front door and we’ll greet you and get you situated. Our worship is mostly traditional, singing hymns or other songs along with an organ or piano. Pastor Rich Haemer will give a 30-40 minute Biblical message with real-life application, and we’ll conclude the service in about an hour and fifteen minutes. No surprises and no pressure!

What about

What about kids?

We love kids! Definitely bring your whole family. Kids can either sit in the Sanctuary with you, or we’ll be happy to make sure they’re safe and having fun in our dedicated nursery area (birth – Pre-K) or children’s church (K-5th grade).

What about Sunday School?

We have an adult Sunday School class that meets Sunday mornings at 9:30am. You are welcome to join us; just show up and ask where the Sunday school class is! We discuss Biblical topics and scriptures, and how we can apply it to our daily lives.

What about doctrine?

What do we believe? We want to be clear about what we believe, so we’ve dedicated a page to help you understand exactly what we are about. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
